Cupped Head Weld Pins

The cup head pin is a insulation fastener which is used for fasten the insulation to the sheet metal of insulation construction. It works with welding equipment, through welding for fasten the insulation.

The washers are made of 0.4mm thickness sheet metal, the pin can be in 12GA or 14GA, the plating can be galvanized or cooper plated. When washer with a kraft paper, it will provide protection when weld through foil faced insulation, when pin with plastic sleeve, it will provide protection when weld through tin faced insulation

Mn – 0.90% max. S – 0.05% max.

Pin-Galvanized plating or cooper plating
Washer: Galvanized plating.

Bevel

Washer edge is beveled to prevent cutting of insulation material.

Paper Insulating Washers

Available for welding through foil faced insulation.
Paper insulating washers can be ordered separately or factory installed.
